MY HOMETOWN

Indonesia has so many big island,one of them is west sumatra.Especially,Bukittinggi.Bukittinggi has so many public torism.Such as Sianok Canyon,Zoo,Benteng Fort de Kock,Jan Gadang.Its si amazing place to visit.
Bukittinggi has a cold weather.if you visit to bukittinggi and you want to stay the night,you must bring a thick jacket.To know,it's so cold.But,if you want to see a beautiful landscape you can visit Merapi mountain.
Don't worry,if you feel depression to see your childreen just calm down and feel not so good,you can bring them to play in the zoo.
You can find Jam gadang in Bukittinggi.this is a unique monument in Bukittinggi.the uniques is in the number for of the watch looks so different with another watch in the world.
that is so strange.

BAKWAN

Bakwan
Nice relaxing weekend at home while watching TV, let alone eat the most delicious cold air is hot. Bakwan most comfortable while watching television. Easy and fast food and fast like bakwan. Bakwan is oily food, many people consume this food, eventhough bakwan has so many oil but people like consume this food.

Here are some of the materials to make them bakwan: 250 gr flour, pepper, salt, 2 cloves garlic, cilantro, red onion 2 cloves, 1 stalk celery, green onion (cut halus2), 1 egg, 1 ounce of shrimp, 1 stick of carrot (cut into thin strips), cabbage and sliced to taste, Oil for frying, flavoring (Royco).

First, minced garlic, onion, pepper, coriander, and turmeric, and ground. After that washing cabbage and celery and thinly sliced celery and cabbage taste. After the celery chopped fine, school is cut lengthwise. After all ingredients complete set of these materials add into the bowl, add flour and water to taste, put shrimp, do not forget to add royko. Next, Stir, stir until all the batter mix. Allow a few minutes.

Heat cooking oil to heat evenly, add the batter into the fan and wait the dough until the color become yellow. After the dough yellowing lift and drain, and place it into plate. Finally, bakwan ready to be served and taste. You can taste it with chili sauce. It will taste very delicious.
